Uses: Bible Memory Verses / Prayer Box.
Bible Point: Jesus said, "Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God" Matthew 4:4. This means we need to read God's Word everyday so we don't spiritually starve to death! Use your Bread of Life Box to store Bible verses, and memorize Scripture before your meals, or write your prayers down, and then place them into the box before mealtime. When a prayer has been answered, write it on the back of the card. Keep the Bread of Life Box in a prominent place, such as on your dinner table or kitchen counter.
What you'll need: Brown card stock paper, or brown foam sheets, small rectangular can (such as an International Coffee can), glue or hot glue, blank business-sized cards, and the
bread pattern.
What You Do: Print out the bread pattern. If
you use card stock paper, the words are printed for you. If you use foam sheets, you'll have to write the words. Cut out the bread slices. Glue or hot glue onto both sides of the coffee can. Press the
"bread slices" onto the glue. Allow to dry. Write Bible memory verses or your prayers onto blank business cards and keep them in the Bread of Life Box.
