1) Pentecost Puppet skit

I teach 1st thru 5th grade and they all love to do reader's theater. I use many resources for skits, but there is a Pentecost skit in 30 New Testament Quickskits for Kids by Standard. It is called Goodness, Gracious, Great Tongues of Fire. In spite of the silliness of it, it explains Pentecost. I many times take out some of the silliness, but still keep the fun. It can be adapted it to a puppet skit.

2) For the Discouraged

Hi, If you are discouraged teaching Sunday school, you need to watch this YouTube clip and you will be encouraged.

Shrewsbury, MA

3) Senior Moments

Richard Ruddle has written a humorous Bible skit on aging. It's entitled, "Lester, We Forget". You will find it listed in the Anytime Bible Skits section of the site:

4) Great One Liners!

Don't let your worries get the best of you; remember, Moses started out as a basket case.

God grades on the cross, not the curve.

The best mathematical equation I have ever seen: 1 cross + 3 nails = 4 given.

God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
