Idea for Church banners-
Our Sunday school program just completed banners so the topic is fresh on my mind. Keeping with (Make known among the Nations what He has done) maybe you could look what God is doing in your community and allow people to count there blessings sometimes we miss the little things God does. I hope this helps.

One thing I've learned while teaching any age is the seating arrangement is
very important. Don't let the kids have their back to you. For some reason
they think when they're facing away from you, they can talk or play around
during the lesson!

In response to this women's search: "I am teaching the story of Joseph for the next two weeks. Then we will be learning the story of Moses". I have 8 lessons at my web site which cover Joseph and Moses. There is a game with each lesson and some crafts. The lessons are for Kindergarten through 2'nd but could be adapted for the older kids in your group. All the lessons are free. You can find them at http://www.edupatterns.com. Just go to the 'Free Bible Lessons' page, then go to ''Archives'. The lives of Joseph and Moses are covered in lessons 4 -12.
Blessings in your ministry.

When I did the Joseph story with some younger kids at my last church, we
made "coats of many colors" out of paper bag vests:
You'll need one paper grocery bag for each child. Turn the bag upside
down and cut an opening in the front and a hole in the "top" (the bottom
of the bag) for the head. Cut arm holes in the side. (For younger kids,
I did this in advance.) Then let the kids use whatever you've got to add
colors to their "coats." (Paint, markers, fabric scraps, etc.) They can
wear their vests home.
