Well, I finally found my index cards of sites...they were filed neatly in a basket...no wonder I couldn't find them, they weren't lying in a pile somewhere! Here are some other sites that offer clip art and coloring pages. These are the ones I have looked at so far...I did a search for bible coloring pages, and also one for bible clip art...it yielded so many matches, that I haven't had time to visit all the sites!

>Balloon release...

Instead of releasing the balloon outside, you could all sit on the floor and let it go to the ceiling...maybe not quite as powerful a visual, but still better than nothing. The balloon could then be emptied of helium and hung on the wall as a reminder of the lesson. You could even tape a bible figure on it before you "release" it and add some clouds to the ceiling of your classroom.

(From Christian Crafters.Com-this is why this Network is so great! Two heads are always better than one!! The kids could also draw their own faces on a rubber balloon for the lesson on the second coming, and the need to be ready when Christ returns.)

I was so pleased with the newsletters you have been sending, that I have

(From Christian Crafters.Com- Great idea!
I'm still trying to find out how to place a search engine within my site. We could then search for specific topics already in the archives. If anyone can help me with this, let me know!)

Bible verse of the day from christiancrafters.com:
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you lie down and when you get up. Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates."
Deuteronomy 6:5-9
(This verse is the inspirational verse for the free, Heart Wreath craft, in the Crafter's Showcase section!)
