Kaleidoscope Fun

Make a KaleidoscopeKaleidoscopes were invented by a Scottish scientist in 1816. The word kaleidoscope is a Greek word that means "Beautiful Form Watcher;" ("kalos" means beautiful, "eidos" means form, and "scopos" means watcher.) Kaleidoscopes are a fascinating toy. Light brings out the best part of a kaleidoscope, which makes them a perfect craft to teach children about reflecting the light of Jesus!

Jesus said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life" John 8:12. Christians are like kaleidoscopes, because . . . Get today's Bible activity.
